So the guidelines for the messenger/email are much shorter and simpler than those for the phone service.
For EMAILS: make the title of the thread "RECEIVER'S NAME - topic". Please be sure to put at least the receiver's first and last name - the middle name is not required if it will not fit with your topic. Emails are strictly between two people, so you may reply to each other back and forth on that thread.
For the MESSENGER: please use your 3-image header (basic) as your image on this board. Other than this, you can pretty much use any form of messaging that you want. Messages can be private IMs, or group chats, just be sure to specify in the title.
